    • على الطالب التوجه للسنتر لحجز مكانه في الكورس ولا يعترف بالحجز خلال التليفون أو شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي.

    • يتيح السنتر الاستفادة بخصم 10% على السعر الإجمالي في حالة سداد قيمة الكورس بالكامل  قبل بدء الكورس.
    • يتيح السنتر طريقة سداد قيمة الكورس على ثلاث دفعات بالطريقة التالية:
    • 25% عند حجز  الكورس
    • 50% عند بداية الكورس

    • شروط التأجيل أو التغيير :
    • في حالة  تأجيل أو تغيير موعد الكورس أواسترداد المبلغ،  يتم ذلك قبل بداية الكورس بمدة لا تقل عن 7 أيام.
    • في حالة  تأجيل أو تغيير المواعيد قبل بداية الكورس بمدة تقل عن 7 أيام يتم خصم 10% من قيمة الكورس مصاريف إدارية، ويتم ذلك  بما ينظمه السنتر.
    • في حالة  تأجيل أو تغيير المواعيد  بعد بدء الكورس  يتم خصم 20% من قيمة الكورس ، و يتم ذلك بما ينظمه السنتر
    • شروط الاسترداد :
    • قبل بداية الكورس بمدة أكثر من 7 أيام يتم استرداد المبلغ بالكامل
    • قبل بداية الكورس بمدة اقل من 7 أيام يتم خصم 25% من قيمة الكورس
    • بعد بداية الكورس بمحاضرة يتم خصم 50% من قيمة الكورس
    • بعد بداية الكورس بمحاضرتين أو أكثر لا يتم استرداد أي مبالغ
    • شروط عامة :
    • يلتزم السنتر بتسليم الطالب جدول بمواعيده خلال الكورس وعلى الطالب الالتزام بمواعيده
    • على الطالب تحقيق نسبة حضور من 75% إلى 80% خلال مدة الكورس للحصول على الشهادة.
    • يلتزم السنتر بتعويض الطالب للمحاضرة في حالة الإلغاء من قبل السنتر أو في الإجازات الرسمية وذلك عن طريق محاضرة بديلة.
    • في حالة تغيب الطالب عن المحاضرة لظروف شخصية لا يلتزم السنتر بالتعويض، وفى بعض الحالات يتم التعويض بما يراه و ينظمه المحاضر
    • اختيار المحاضر من اختصاص الشركة، فهي مسئولة عن ترشيح المحاضر وفقا لما تراه في مصلحة الطالب.
